Before transitioning into real estate investing, she spent over 15 years working with the special needs population and helping build and lead programs designed to support long-term independence, growth, and stability for individuals and families. Throughout her career, she has successfully built behavioral health departments and educational programs, developed operational systems, led multidisciplinary teams, and helped grow service-based businesses from the ground up. Her experience in leadership and human-centered problem-solving strongly influences her approach to real estate, combining strategic thinking with compassion, professionalism, and practical solutions.
